Pennsylvania Democrats are bringing fresh ideas to Harrisburg in order to take on the Commonwealth's biggest challenges. Under Governor Rendell's economic leadership, Pennsylvania has moved from a dismal 41st in the nation in terms of job growth to an exceptional 15th. Meanwhile, the Governor is working with the legislature to advance the innovative, "Prescription for Pennsylvania," a new plan that will work to provide better health care to more Pennsylvanians.

Pennsylvania Democrats are also investing in the future by proposing new solutions to protect our natural treasures. Governor Rendell's Growing Greener II Initiative has already provided $625 million for the clean up of our rivers, streams, open spaces, and farms -- but there is still plenty of cleaning to do.
